Last minute reservation. Staff was very helpful arranging for after hours arrival with easy access instructions. Breakfast was excellent. Great location with quick access to buses, trains and ferry. They stored our bags for a few hours after check out so we could do some more sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Location mid-city is excellent, coupled with the free breakfast with many hot and cold choices. Two drawbacks were the over-hot air con which could not be adjusted (even by the staff) and the complete lack of USB charging points, Most travellers these days have two or three items to charge nightly!

We were here for a week and all of the staff were wonderful. They upgraded our room, which was nice…since we had our grandson staying in our room. The location was convenient for buses and trains. The reception desk closes early, so be careful with your arrival times. This was the only hotel we stayed in while in Australia that served breakfast, which we really appreciated. Everything was good, but a little variety would have been nice…same food every day. We would stay there again!

Apartment size is huge with great views of the surrounding buildings and street. Kitchen is well equipped (didn’t need to use it) with dining table and a lounge. The place is squeaky clean and the cleaners deserve a special mention! Only downside we found was controlling the air conditioning. We were unable to change it from heat to cool which left us feeling a little uncomfortable during the night. Mentioned to the staff upon checkout who said they would get maintenance to have a look.
