Very convenient location and with no traffic noise despite being very close to busy Ipswich Road. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Clean, good pressure in the shower, bed is comfy, friendly staff. Room fixtures are very dated and in need of repair, small room, pub across the road serves decent food. Probably a 3 Star at best. Ok if youre on your own for a night or two.

Really loved the early check in option. The only downside was it's a little difficult to find the entry from the direction I was coming from. One call to reception and that was all sorted!

Property was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Room was surprisingly quiet considering it was next to a highway and train track. There was enough parking but people kept making it hard to enter and exit car parks by parking on the road behind parking spaces next to building, instead of designated parking spots, often during the week we stayed there.
