We were very happy with the accomodation and used the upstairs bbq area which was great. Only suggestion would be to have more lighting where the tables are located as it is very dark when having an evening meal up there. Also a small fridge would be a bonus otherwise you have to go back downstairs to your own fridge if you want anything extra. Communication was great throughout our stay. Also a late court was requested and a small fee was applied so we were very happy with that also. We would recommend to others and would stay here again. Shame we didn’t get to use the pool, spa or sauna. 🙂

Accommodations were perfect. Everything was very clean. We had just come off a 13 day cruise so having laundry facilities was perfect Merlo coffee around the corner on Thompson Street was amazing the train station a five minute block away so we could get to CBD was great and also taking the train to the Gold Coast was so convenient from that location

This is my second time staying here at the Rambla and it’s a perfect place to stay with all the amenities. It’s also very close to the airport and very affordable. I plan to come back here on my next visit to Brisbane. The owners were very flexible with me as well with my flight being canceled so that I can stay an extra day with no interruption in my same room.

All the amenities were great. The pool, gym, and roof were all clean and were in service. The room was tidy, had great A/C and the full kitchen was a huge help. My only recommendation is to put spray bottles and towels in the gym to wipe down any equipment.

The apartment was nice & comfortable. The pool & hot tub were lovely. But the communication & check-in were the worst we've ever experienced. And the app I had to download for the digital key was hopeless, didnt even work. So ended up having to use the PIN but that was hit & miss in the lift. We weren't the only ones having trouble as just about everyone who hopped in the lift had trouble with the PIN. The area is a business/industrial area, not the best area to stay in. Luckily there was a good coffee shop around the corner. I wouldn't stay here again.
