Easy self check in to both the building and the room. Kitchen and laundry well appointed for a short stay. Meeting space in the lobby area a cool spot. Pleasant music well chosen and at the right volume in the shared areas. Excellent rooftop with pool and spa overlooking the area towards the city. BBQ unfortunately not working during our stay. Many places to sit with the morning coffee. Friendly cleaning staff. Would stay again if the room rate was similar.

Amazing time staying at Rambla @ Story House. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Brisbane. 10/10 facilities - I had no idea how much I'd need a pool and workout equipment. Rooms were modern and spacious. I was sceptical about receptionless check in but it worked a treat.

This was like a home from home for us as we were having the bathroom done. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we had to make an extension twice. Not even having to move, just kept to the same room. The property is very new and more important not a lot of sound got in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Self-service apartments, we had initial hiccups with our entry as the App was not working. However, we had a passcode to enter the apartment building and our assigned apartment. The stay was good. Beddings - Had some stains, but otherwise cleaned. Mattress - Medium Firm and comfortable In-room Amenities - Good - everything stocked up. Location - Good, near the Gaba stadium (2 min walk), close to restaurants, and a grocery store. It's a good property if you're staying in that area and want a self-service apartment. You can't go wrong here. The team managing the apartment had a good response time and were willing to listen and help if given the opportunity.
