The apartment suite was clean and well kept. Reception was helpful and informative. Kitchen was adequately kitted out though more cleaning products for the kitchen sink would have been better than the tiny sachet of dishwashing liquid. The main problem was when you check in the hotel will only accept your credit card in payment rather than your debit card which means if from overdras you incur currency convesion charges so pay in advance. I had issues with the curtains and Foxtel that the staff resolved quickly and efficiently. Centrally located in Brisbane so a good base to explore from.

Unfortunately the non smoking room smelt like someone had just been in it smoking. They did come straight away and stray but could not smell it. The aircon was very hard to get to cool and stay working. The hotel is almost due for a revamp as starting to feel a bit dated. The staff were amazing and very friendly
