The staff are friendly and helpful. They have 4 hour free visitors parking. Drop off is in building carpark. B1 is the best if you have a lot of luggage as the lifts are on that level. Other levels require going up some stairs. Be aware that room service on weekends stops at 3pm so be prepared. Didn't get to use the washing machine or dryer but both were in the apartment. Pricing was good in comparison to other hotels in the city that didn't have as many facilities

Oaks on Charlotte is a wonderful place for city stay. Very convenient to shops, transport, sightseeing. Walking distance to many places. Staffs are very helpful and room is very clean. Having laundry facilities is a big plus for us. Thank you and and is looking forward to next visit and stay.
