Blanket in cupboard smelt of body odour, so was unusable. Light in bathroom (ladies) broken. Room was opposite stairwell so all noise was heard in the room from other customers.

This place is under reconstruction and does not look like what was advertised on expedia. Fan in the bathroom very noisy all night. Cannot be switched off. Light outside very bright all night. Ryan at reception was AMAZING and made sure i was safely in my room. NOTIFICATION OF RENOVATIONS should be put on expedia.

The photo on Expedia showed an ensuite shower and toilet. When I checked into the room (number 5) it was like a small cell. I needed to go to the toilet as I had driven up from Sydney. To my surprise and disappointment there was no where to go. So I had to walk up a long corridor to find the toilet and shower block. With one Fluro light in the middle of the room an external air - conditioning unit humming outside the window, which was open to air the unit out. The room looked directly onto ta tin roof and piping of the hotel.

When I book our stay, I book a typical room with the normal amenities (bed, table to work on, bathroom), but when we checked in we were told that there was no bathroom in our rooms - that it was a communal bathroom. There was no information about that on the website when booking the room, in fact, the room description stated "Private Bathroom" that had a "Rainfall Showerhead" This was very inconvenient and very misleading. I would not stay or recommend this hotel to people that ask.
