Great central location with underground parking and EV chargers right across the road. Buffet breakfast beat our expectations. The only downside was a noisy room with the sound of other guests and plumbing keeping us awake. We'll be back if we can have a quieter room.

Easy and friendly check in and check out. The hallway on the floor we were on smelled a bit damp, but the room didn’t. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. Bathroom quite small given there were 4 of us - probably not the best room for 4 people. Breakfast was excellent; options to cover everyone, very attentive staff and good food. The kids enjoyed the rooftop pool and the complimentary pool towels was helpful. Great spot to enjoy some sun and downtime. Location was super handy and we would definitely stay again.

Pros: excellent location, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed. Broken toilet (random event) quickly repaired. Cons: room a little threadbare, room inexplicably not made up one day which would have been OK if I hadn’t had to ask the desk for towels three times. Also did not appreciate being misgendered - which showed up every time I turned on the TV and on my final bill. You didn’t ask for my gender when I booked - don’t guess, and certainly fix it upon check in when you obviously guessed wrong. For Canadians in the crowd, I’d call it a high quality hockey tourney hotel. And I might stay there again, if the price motivated me to. I do endorse having the breakfast included, it was great.
