Excellent hotel. Great location. Good gym and the roof top pool and bar really good. We didn’t eat the food but it looked absolutely delicious and always very busy. A great buzzy feel, staff really amazing and will definitely come back and stay and always look out for a W hotel. Thank you!

Staff at desk were not great helping me when I asked for help to get suggestions for transport/directions. The cleaner that we bumped in to in the evenings was friendly and engaging - asking my daughter about her day. He would be great on reception!

Beautiful property. I’ve stayed at a few FV properties, this is by far the best. Everything from the rooms to fitness centre were clean and well maintained. The room was incredibly quiet, bed was very comfortable. Great location near James St. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.
