Great location with available restaurants just outside. Walking distance to everything. The gym was great. Staff were also helpful. Shout out to Danny who checked us in swiftly and remembered our names, making us feel at home. High professional and helpful team. Thank you. I’d be back again!! Oh and love the free beverage machine, got a coffee everyday as we headed out!

The property was in an ideal location to cater for an upcoming surgery at nearby hospital. The spa bath was more of an inconvenience, given we had elderly family who found it almost impossible to access. The room was clean enough although kitchen utensils could do with a really good clean. Staff friendly and helpful, especially with the logistics of parking which is awkward on check out. Great food outlets and other retailers nearby. We would use again.

We had a great stay here. Our family suite was a big size - perfect for the 4 of us. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet. Having the laundry facilities was a big plus and the staff were all really friendly. We would stay here again - the proximity to everything was brilliant with only 10 minutes to walk to Southbank
