Comfortable and peaceful stay. Loved the large shower head with great water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very close to public transport, shops,restaurants, Star Casino and so many places of interest We were very happy with our 3 night stay in our 1 bedroom apartment at Evolution and would be happy to stay again.

The location was good. We arrived early for our booking and were able to check in, which was appreciated. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. The room unfortunately wasn’t as clean as expected.

The apartment was perfect for our family, so close to walk across to South bank and to shops and restaurants. The views of the river were amazing, especially as night time with the lights. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and there was a Woolworths metro supermarket really close to get food & essentials. The reception is 24hr so great when we arrived later at night. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We would definitely stay again.

The View! OMG! Magnificent view of Brisbane city, the apartment itself is clean, spacious, except as a tall person, all untilities are strangely installed lower than average e.g. toilet, toilet paper

I didn’t appreciate the fact the suite was on second floor and I needed to pass through parking. The apartment was very dark and depressing. The lights were very deemed and not bright in the bathroom. Although the sheets were clean and bed was comfortable, I didn’t like the apartment because it was outdated and the floor was not clean. Overall I didn’t happy with my stay. The was definitely so different that picture when I booked it. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

We stayed on the 28th floor highest I have ever been in accommodation and it was fabulous views over the north side river and across to the Southbank. When we entered the room we could smell smoke in the unit and the pillows smelt of smoke so I notified reception immediately they were very helpful rectified the situation very quickly. Very central to city and restaurants etc highly recommend Evolution apartments

Room was spacious and clean - friendly staff and smooth check in. View from the room is excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped, with a large fridge and a freezer. Downside is that it is noisy in the night with lot of traffic on the highway, and train running all night. Also, the daily room service was just a change of towels - they did not clean up the room. Luggage storage could also be better - they just ask you to leave your luggage in their store room, without recording them in their system. Overall, everything went smoothly for us.

Second time here & was keen to return. Apartment & everything about it was as good as prior visit except noise from street was much louder - not sure if different position or last time the room had thicker glazing but we all (family of 4) noted it. Would still give it another go but if same would choose elsewhere purely for that reason. Otherwise perfect.
