Great location. Service is a bit slow at the Fiume Bar and the poo was really overcrowded. The room was so comfortable.

Near restauarants and City Cat ferry stops. Easy boardwalk stroll to the city centre. The room was nice, river view room was worth it. Lighting was a bit dark. Most annoyingly the pool bar was closed on Monday and Tuesday which was a big reason why I chose the hotel! Really frustrating.

Staff were so helpful when we requested an earlier check in to get ready for a function. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. Pool is the highlight at night, although certain lifts mean you have to walk through the crowded restaurant and bar in your togs .. so wear a duster or similar. Room was super clean and we loved that they didn't use disposable toiletries.

This hotel is a real vibe - from the rooftop pool, to the Friday afternoon happy hour at the rooftop bar. The location is primo - right behind Howard Smith Wharves where there are plenty of dining and drinking options. Also close to Fortitude Valley and CBD - both in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. It’s very annoying when bathrooms are designed for form over function.
