This is an awesome hotel!!! The front desk staff are wonderful and caring!!! My husband had a medical issue, and they were extremely helpful and empathetic!!! The facility had free laundry machines and dryers and also a nice gym!!! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location, comfy rooms & easy stay! This is our second stay here, and we love the location! Both times we’ve had a function at The Star, and it’s only about a 300m walk to the entrance — absolutely perfect when you don’t feel like driving (or trying to find parking again 😂). The rooms are super quiet and the bedding is so comfortable. The rooms aren’t overly large, but honestly, you’re really only sleeping in there! 😴 The room we stayed in this time didn’t have a couch if you wanted to sit and watch TV… but really, who watches TV when you’re travelling?! 😂 We’ve had breakfast downstairs both times and have just ordered off the menu. The food has always been nice and hits the spot. Parking can be a little tight if you have a bigger car, but we’ve always managed to find a park without too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back! Great location, comfortable rooms and an easy, relaxed stay. ☕️🍾✨

Capri by Fraser is a well‑located hotel right in the hotspots of Brisbane CBD, and easy enough to reach by vehicle. The only frustration came on arrival — you can’t enter the carpark until after you’ve checked in, which meant doing laps around the surrounding streets until I found somewhere to park so I could walk into reception. Once inside, check‑in was quick and straightforward, and I was finally able to park the car. However, the $50 per night parking fee felt like daylight robbery, especially when the signage at the carpark entry clearly stated $40. The room itself was clean, neat, and well equipped, with a handy kitchenette including a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, coffee machine and sink. The bathroom was surprisingly large with great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. We also made use of the sauna and steam room, which were excellent. Overall, despite the parking frustrations, it was a pleasant stay in a convenient CBD location.
