Great hostel, so clean, staff so friendly and amazing coffee in the cafe! Definitely a step up from my memories of backpacking the world, staying in pretty rough hostels (100 years ago when I was in my early 20s!)

The accommodation excellent. But bunks need repair. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. I think 10 dollars for breakfast would be more affordable instead of 14 dollars. Very nice venue. Easy access. Close to Coles. Not far from train station. Thankyou for ear plugs that helped. Pillows need replacing. Bathrooms excellent.

I would have guven an all round 5 star rating apart from the noise factor, unfortunately the walls are a bit thin and the door slamming disturbed my sleep. Hiwever, having said that it won't stop me from staying again. The place is excellent otherwise, great location, great staff, great amenities. Rooms are exceptional for a backpackers. Highly recommend.

Everything from check in to check out, the staff were amazing! Our room was clean, property was clean and guests were also friendly. The rooftop patio and bar were great! The gentleman that served us both nights was pleasant and welcoming. Being in our mid 50’s we weren’t too sure if this accommodation was going to suit us. We are so thrilled that we booked our stay at the YHA!
