Nice hotel overall – clean, stylish and well located, with friendly staff. Nothing wrong with the stay, but for a 4.5 star property we expected a bit more. There wasn’t really a comfortable space in the lobby to sit and work on a laptop, and some basic amenities like a shower cap weren’t provided. Small details, but things you’d normally expect at this level. Glad we didn’t pay full price as I may have felt disappointed if we had.

I’m a frequent traveller and this is the best service I’ve had in a long time! I travelled alone with my 1 year old and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room and pool were perfect.
