The room is well appointed, check-in process was easy (staff helpful), location is fairly close to everything. A little traffic noise at night, but not super disruptive. Perfectly acceptable for a central city location. Would go back.

The CLLIX staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean. The gym was reasonable too. Unfortunately the windows and doors to the outside didn't seal properly, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The shower leaked all over the en suite floor. These apartments also seemed to be on the 'wrong side' of the tracks; there were quite a few people hanging around on the street outside that were high on drugs, particularly at night. One of them had left an uncapped used needle out the front of the apartment building next door.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 30th floor and wow the view was amazing! Unit was clean had everything you needed for a family and was close to restaurants and cafes as well as public transport.

Great value for location

Great value for somewhere so close to South Bank. A few minutes walk from South Bank station and the Cultural Centre bus exchange. The apartment is basic and the decor is a little scuffed but it has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to a couple of supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful.

Have stayed a few times. Great hotel. Good to have parking included as a perk for hotels. Nice and central to Brisbane and Southbank. An easy walk to everything.

Stayed here multiple times now and it is still our first choice for the South Bank area. Love the easy access to the CBD and Southbank, and the staff are some of the most helpful and accommodating I’ve ever come across. Highly recommend!

The hotel was good. But there were a few stains on the carpet and bed sheets and the towels didn’t seem very clean. The parking was also a bit too expensive and not a good parking area for bigger cars. The hotel overall was quite good though. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was so filthy, the kitchen bench hadn’t been wiped down and the stove still had food on it from the last guests. The bathrooms need a proper clean there is pink mould everywhere. The bedroom blinds also had mould on them and the carpets had so much black hair on them I question if the cleaners even did a vacuum after the last guests. The dining chairs also had food squashed all over them. I would not stay here ever again purely as it felt so dirty.
