The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the fridge had yellow water in the bottom of it. Stayed they same time last year and was very clen. This year was disgusting

No lifts working as we were on 2nd floor and we had to get help to take our luggage up and down to our car. Must admit the staff were very help full as when we checked out there was a staff member at the door to help us at 4-20 AM. Regards

the room was quite comfortable with good amenities, and the staff were pleasant and helpful at check in. Parking was plentiful, there was no street noise, bed was clean and comfortable. Room facilities were more than adequate. Only drawback for me is that the motel, like a lot these days, does not issue small soap but has dispensers in the shower. My dispensers had run dry so had to use soap I carry in my travel pack, which is no problem but if you were a family or didn't have soap with you, it could have been an issue. Overall a good place to stay at a reasonable rate and I will use them on my next visit to Brissy.

Didn’t like much about it at there was mould on the wall and ceiling the bathroom tap on top had a hole in it and spurted water everywhere. I would not recommend this place to stay staff not friendly

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Good location from the airport. Lack of staff at checkout was not good and the phone outside reception was broken. when I called on my mobile I reached the afterhours number and the person was unable to assist. I'm still waiting for the return call! The price though was excellent value.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Tiny room, dated. Plastc bags tied around bottom of the legs of one chair because rubber caps had worn out. Dust on shelves and hair around shower recess. Only good thing was it was only a one night stay.

Lift was out if order. That wasnt an issue as we were on first floor. Shower caddy was sagging at an angle that made it unusable. The room was supposed to be a twin and a queen. Instead we had a queen and a rollaway.

When I rang last week I did mention one 96year old and both with walking people with walking sticks. So was told as lift out of action we would be on first floor. However we were put one 2 nd floor. It wAs slow going
