Location wise we can't fault it, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to the pier, 2 seconds to pubs, coop, superdrug and a lovely secluded park outside the hotel, we loved all of that, but what we wasn't impressed with was being told I'd yet the codes for the door 24 hrs before we arrived, the morning of arrival I'm asking expedia where they are because it's a reception free hotel, expedia said they typically send them at check in time around 3pm, I was at Brighton train station at 3:30 and still hadn't recieved them, we had to find somewhere to sit so I could chase them up again because I didn't want to turn up and not be able to get in, and an hour later they were sent to me after being on the phone to expedia again! That was our first issue, our second was the shower, the pressure was diabolical, took me 35 mins to shower and the shower tray wouldn't empty. There's clearly an issue with pluming there, we couldn't shower for 2 days because the tray wouldn't empty we would have flooded the room, I spoke with guest support over WhatsApp and told him the issue, he apologised and said he would get maintenance onto it ASAP, I told him when we had left the room for the day so it could be sorted and when we got back it was still the same, so we couldn't shower again, even with them knowing this there was no offer of another room, we were leaving Friday 7th August anyway but we had to leave earlier than planned because of the situation and came home. Wouldn't stay again.
