Clean room with a beautiful view! My husband & I were only here for one night & it was perfect. The room was nice & spacious. It was in a great location - walking distance form the train station & everything else Brighton has to offer! We especially enjoyed the balcony which offered sea views.

The staff were great. Really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Place was spotless. The kitchen was well enough equipped and the room was very well designed and thought out. There are black out blinds but they are about 2 inches away from the window so weren’t entirely blacked out and ours broke on the last night. I also felt a bit exposed in bed because of the gap. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lot of smokers on the street and there was a constant faint smell of smoke even on the 4th floor.

we only stayed here for 5 nights but property had everything we needed the kitchen was well equipped with a hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for longer stays. bathroom had walk in shower with good water pressure. Hotel is situated in the center of the town a short walk from the train station and close to shops,restaurants, pubs and also about 10/15 min walk to Brighton pier

The staff was always available and very friendly. The room was even better than pictured and so well appointed- laundry tabs, dish soap, espresso pods, tea, cocoa, sugar and milk for coffee and bottled water all in the room ! Comfortable beds and AC unit. Mostly quiet halls and efficient elevator. Perfect location for us 1/2 way between train station and bus stop. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location, right next to the arcade and within walking distance of the train station and the beach. If you get a room facing the sea, the view is wonderful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay. I happened to stay during a brutal heatwave (35°C+), and the rooms don't have air conditioning. The property does provide spare fans and has ceiling fans, and some rooms have a balcony door for extra airflow, which helped, but it's worth knowing in advance if you're visiting during warmer months.
