We like this hotel, staffs were very friendly and good hospitality. Good free parking there, feeling safe and we can get bus to Brighton town just opposite from this hotel bus stop.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very dated and needs refurbishment. The staff was very friendly and it was also very clean. Breakfast and parking included for 2x people was good value for money.

Good value.

Location on main road in with bus nearby. Tired decor, but this is reflected in the price. Nice toiletries. Wonderful breakfast included too! Could be a little bit cleaner. Good value stay though if you aren’t really wanting luxury.

Staff were wonderfully friendly, polite and helpful. Our double room was spacious and clean/tidy. The only downsides were the poor water pressure, meaning the shower wasn’t great and the lack of a fridge in the room.

Rundown hotel, does the job for one night stay

Its a pretty rundown hotel, shower pressure is very poor with very basic amenity in the bathroom. It’s unfortunately also not so cheap, but is cheapest you can find around Brighton. So for a one night stay over it does the job. Location next to Preston Park railway station makes it prime location!

Carpets were threadbare, no assistance or help with my luggage. The room was clean and fairly basic. The door lock didn't make me feel safe as it wasn't properly fitted. The day and night receptionist's were very pleasant.

Check in was quick and friendly. The free parking was helpful. The WIFI was OK... but the road noise was horrendous! It was like sleeping with the window open. Secondary glazing is a must.
