For what you pay it’s extremely decent especially considering it is right on the seafront. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was clean. The only downside is that even with the windows open there was no airflow but nothing can really be done for that. The shared bathroom was a little bit grubby but not bad.

It wasn’t clear that we needed to pre-arrange our check in time as there was no check in desk or similar at the property. The shared bathroom was dirty, the tiles on the floor and sink were cracked and the walls were very thin between the rooms. The location is great and near the beach but also near a noisy pub.
