This is one of the nicest and best places to stay in Brighton. I had a very nice quiet room on the 4th floor, had everything you would need, including an iron, tea and coffee making, tv, nice shower and comfy bed. Good breakfasts too. Room was cleaned every single day to a high standard. And the staff are just wonderful - they are what makes the hotel special.

I set out to find a cost effective sea view, & my room was perfect - just stunning view Some knocks & chips for the picky amongst you, but spotless; had everything i needed; every staff member was warm, friendly & helpful I did go on a quiet Wednesday night but intend to book a future stay when it's more lively :)

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great that there was a lift, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bag after check-out. The bar staff were very nice, and the indoor and terrace bars were fantastic. We'd definitely stay again.

Fantastic view of Brighton seafront & pier. Breakfast was reasonable amount. Staff were all friendly & happy. Outdoor space overlooking seafront so did get busy. Ideal location for bus stop with connection to the station & other parts of Sussex. Brighton Pavillion & Lanes about 10 min easy walk. There is a popular nightly club in the basement which could put people off but we didnt find it too noisy on the 2nd floor with window closed. Our window was above front door so heard faint tslking. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel but dont expect it to be high class. Its clean & comfortable.

Nice clean room on 4th floor with great sea view. Breakfast was delicious. Nice and central with easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants . You will need a restaurant for your evening meal as the hotel restaurant becomes a cabaret bar in evening. It does seem to be Drag artist Cabaret every night,if you like that. We would stay again.
