The room was very hot and stuffy. There was no air conditioning. The staff provided fans but that still doesn't make up it okay. It was a very expensive room. Also there was no mini- fridge in the room which was very frustrating.

Not a great hotel. Booked this as Kings Hotel 6 weeks ago and it had changed name/ownership and no notification of this so difficult to find. Arrived, took ages to check-in and no discussion regarding breakfast which was available I found out the next day. Room was at back of hotel was hot and no air conditioning, just a window which opened about 10 cms to get a bit of breeze. Room was OK but noisy, bathroom was dirty with mould and an extractor fan that did not work. I will not be returning.

The room was clean but the bath was badly chipped and the toilet flush was not very efficient. There is a whole road with a variety of restaurants within 6 minutes walk. The breakfast was not included in the room price nor was the parking (£25 per night). The breakfast was £14.50 pppn and was a good quality with limited choice.

Extremt bra läge alldeles ovanför strandpromenaden. Nära att gå till piren, till barer, restauranger och shoppingcenter. Ett litet familjärt hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Litet minus för extremt långsam hiss och för utsikten genom fönstret.

Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell. Det är ett gammalt hus och designen är lite omodern. Hissen är väldigt långsam. Men det är extremt rent och fräscht. Personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten vällagad och god. Eftersom det är ett relativt litet hotell känns det ostressat och hemtrevligt. Jag bodde här under en längre vistelse och har en väldigt positiv upplevelse av hotellet. Enda minus var utsikten, allt jag såg från mina fönster var väggar och tak. Bortsett från det var allt bara plus.

Great hotel! I was a bit skeptical about staying here at first, but I’m very pleased I chose it for my trip to Brighton. I stayed in a single suite, which was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is excellent—it’s not too far from the shopping center, and the beach is literally just a stone’s throw away.
