This is more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The bathroom was separated from the room where I had to walk through corridor to get to it which was very inconvenient. Even though it was clean but the worst thing was that there was no hot water!! Because it was self check-in hotel, there were no staff or reception to help only emergency number. I went out in the evening came back at 10:30pm and couldnā€™t get in the front door with the code I was given. So I rang the number but couldnā€™t get through. I was terrified that I might ended up on the street and my luggage and belongings were in the room. Finally after the 10th attempt with the code the door did opened. Thank god! I didnā€™t sleep much due to the noise on the street and the couple next door were coughing through the night. The building is so old there is no sound proof at all! I wouldnā€™t recommend this hotel if you looking for privacy and a quiet night.

The property was perfectly placed for our overnight, and evening spent at Arcobaleno. The property was well maintained inside, and the room very clean, and had everything we needed. All positive and would recommend.

Property away from the noisy centre. The area around the hotel is a bit run down in places. Shower very small Took several attempts to get keypad to work. Beds were comfortable. Coffee supplied but hardly any milk.

Cozy and quiet, steps from the water!

The Marina House was so lovely! Quiet and cozy room just off the busiest areas of Brighton. One of the most comfortable beds Iā€™ve ever had! No onsite staff, so itā€™s all self check-in, but it was an incredibly easy process. We would absolutely stay again!

Cute and cosy hotel. Great location to access the beach and a nearby music venue. Short walk to the pier. Wish I could have seen the exterior of the townhouse turned hotel, but it was under construction and covered in scaffolding.

Felt like a New York walk up. Not wheel chair accessible. Room was clean. Bathroom shower needs some renovation work and a drain de-clog. Would stay again if I needed to but seemed quite pricey for what you get.
