The room was very clean and spacious, with minimal noise from the bar below. It was well located, with a bus stop right outside, making the city centre easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room. Great bed. Big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Shame no housekeeping, especially in that heat and bins were full. Music from downstairs was a put off ... We expected it in the evenings (the rooms are above a pub) but not so early in the morning (it was on for breakfast so an early alarm call).

Me & my partner stayed Friday 25th April as attending the game at the Amex Stadium on the Saturday. So friendly the staff, really relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant both at evening meal and breakfast was superb. Our room was a really decent size, and the decor spot on. Yes you could hear music from below from the bedroom, but we were advised this was likely and it wasn't an issue anyway. Would without doubt stay here again, when next visiting Brighton

Some friends and I stayed for the weekend as we had an event in Brighton and we had the best stay! The rooms were amazing, and the staff were all lovely! We also ate and had drinks in the pub which was also great! Really recommend!

I have visited this pub before due to it's location but last year it was refurbished and is now brilliant as well as it's good location. Staff excellent, safe, clean and has Harveys beer in wonderful condition, will be back!!
