Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched. I wanted to rest (given the heat) so my room wasnt serviced at all during my stay. The TV was tuned to some very strange channels, and I couldn't work out how to get our usual; BBC, ITV etc. So very mixed. Could be far better with more attention to the basics

Excellent location, comfy beds and nicely decorated room and bathroom. Lovely shower. What I didn’t like was being woken by noisey cleaners with their small child early Sunday morning and having them knock on the door in advance of check out time.

This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away.

Lovely room with everything we needed, great location! Just out of the city but within walking distance. Park was easy and close by. The bed was very comfortable but the highlight for me was the bath tub in the bedroom! Very cool.

An ideal location to explore Brighton. Our room was a little small. However, i did expect this from some other reviews so it wasnt a big issue. We only needed a bed for the night and the rest of the time we were out. The communication, facilities and location were spot on!

This is a fantastic property at a great price. We appreciated the extra little touches like real coffee sweets and hair straighteners. The bed was super comfy and the wet room was lovely. We were close to some lovely cafes for breakfast and the owner was very helpful - giving tips on very reasonable parking. The only thing we weren't very keen on was the area. We felt quite unsafe walking back from Brighton centre but this could be resolved by taking a taxi late at night. A firm recommendation for Sabai Thai for dinner. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful.

This property is conveniently located in Kemptown, with an easy walk down to the Bright seafront. There is a shop just across the street and a pub and a few restaurants very close by. Parking instructions issued by the owner were clear and easy to follow, I found street parking a 2 minute walk away which was around 7GBP per day - I didn't move the car while we were there (3 days). The property itself was clean and well decorated. The shower was more of a wet room and the shower was big and powerful. There was a fridge in the room and the TV had a freeview box for watching local channels. There was a Kettle for coffee/tea and it was supplied. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was bigger than I expected. The property had sent clear instructions on how to enter the front door and room prior to us arriving making entry a breeze. The room was on the second floor, so it was necessary to carry our luggage upstairs, but the stairs are wide and not too steep.
