Lovely spacious room, very helpful staff, tasty breakfast. Important to know you can NOT drive directly to this hotel and there is no parking at the hotel. The parking is a block away which is fine if you are pretty mobile with your luggage.

Nice hotel but we were really missing an AC in the room. Don’t enter the hotels address in the car navigation. It’s better to enter the indoor car park in altstadt.

A very ordinary hotel, but perfectly adequate and conveniently located. Clean, and comfortable enough. Avoid getting a room at the rear (overlooking the bar) - we found it quite noisy, especially on the night they screened the UEFA Euro cup semifinals. Breakfast buffet was good, if a little pricy … but it is Switzerland to be fair.

Pleasant stay in a quaint town

The location, view from the room, and the quaint little town was a pleasant surprise to us. Room was nicely set. The restaurant downstairs was great. Only suggestion is for housekeeping to pay a little closer attention: there was a stand of hair on the dryer. Otherwise we had an excellent stay.

Excellent staff and room. They allowed us to leave our bags earlier than checks in time which was a nice favor! Room was very clean with all necessary amenities. Has room, shower, separate toilet. Favorite pro was proximity of this apartment to the train. It’s literally a 3-4 min walk and perfect for touring Zurich. I think it took us 15-20 min to get to Zurich by train. Our only wish was for cooler air conditioning but it seems it is common not to have cold AC in Switzerland. Thank you!
