First of all the carpark is behind the accommodation, to get to it you have to drive up a lane which is a few doors away, you then come to very narrow one way system, we arrived in near darkness and found to quite tricky to find our way in and out, once parked no issue at all as you have your own parking space with your room name. The room itself is up a narrow staircase so no good for anyone with mobility issues. All staff were very welcoming and the room itself was lovely. We stayed in the button suite designed by Jay Blades, loved the clothes hanger. It is an old building so few creaks here and there. Breakfast is preordered night before (bring a pen)…very tasty sausages.
Would I stay here again?…definitely YES!
Thank you for a lovely stay x

Friendly staff.
Nice clean room.
Breakfast OK
Shouldnt have chsen property on side of hill, loads of steep slopes and steps.
The property was really clean staff very helpful.breakfast was great nicely situated with lots of shops to visit bed was comfortable and room warm and cosy bar staff really helpful all around great pub to stay
Very welcoming as soon as we arrived. Free snacks on the bar. Room lovely and clean and great little private courtyard to sit in.
I'd call this place a hidden gem.
The beautiful weather and tractor show were an added bonus.
Lovely, comfortable accommodation in a perfect central location with friendly staff good breakfast and free parking. Lovely big rooms and spotlessly clean.
Great place to stay with allocated parking space. Staff were really nice. Had a lovely room with private outdoor space. Breakfast was beautiful and the beers down in the pub were excellent. Will stay again no problem. Thanks
Good value for money, private car park with spaces reserved for each room.
No evening meal offered but there are places to eat close by.
Staff helpful, decent breakfast.
Great Staff, shame about the noise from next door.
They stay was good, friendly happy staff and the room was better than expected. The only negative comment is the sound from the night club next door coming through the walls, especially the toilet, until 1am.
For the second night we used ear plugs, which improved the sleep.
It was good that we had our own parking bay allocated for the room.
We had one night here. Before we arrived we received an email from the hotel giving us good direction how to get there. When we arrived we were pleased to see that you get allocated a particular car park spot which is yours for your stay which was brilliant. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and showed us to our room which was clean and bright. Lovely touch if a bottle of water, biscuits, coffee machine and toiletries. We weee given a breakfast menu which we were requested to complete what we would like and pass to bar staff before 9pm. When we came down to breakfast it was already being prepared and was lovely hot and fresh. Our only negative was that the bed was really squeaky so every time I turned over or moved in bed it was quite loud but if that’s the only negative then it’s not bad. We would most definitely stay here again if in the area. The staff were very friendly. Thankyou for a pleasant stay.
Firstly we liked the property, its location, the room and a great breakfast served by friendly staff.
Our only issue was our room was next to a club playing loud music between 7 and 1, apparently on Fridays and Saturdays.
The owners are in dispute over this and were able to move us to a room away from the noise.
Extremely welcoming staff at this lovely old pub on the high street. Room was large, facing onto the street. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely en suite. Breakfast fantastic - didnt need to eat all day.
Lovely break away, hotel room was very good, bed was twin beds pushed together so not the most comfortable but breakfast made up for it fantastic, my only gripe was that it was too much food for me and I hate to waste any🙂 it was a benefit that we had an allocated parking space. All in all a lovely stay in Bridgnorth.

Lovely pub, charming staff and a good breakfast. However, bathrooms need some attention. In particular, shower is a little small despite room for one larger.
