breakfast staff were amazing

From checking in to checking out, the staff at this location was great! The rooms were well kept, cozy, and felt like you were stepping back in time with a modern touch. We didn’t find out until we checked in that there were trolleys to both the Cowboys & Rangers games which was great for us! Anytime going forward we go to any events in Arlington, we will definitely be staying here. Thanks to all staff members for making us feel like they were servicing family!

I'm not normally scared of elevators but the elevators in this building were shaky and squeaky, & one of them had a door panel that was shaking too. The only microwave & laundry in the building is on the 25th floor, but only 2 elevators go there so I had to get out at the 24th and walk up stairs to actually get to that room. The ice cube tray in our room was filthy, I asked if we could get a replacement or get it cleaned and I was told neither would be possible. There are ice machines but that's not always an option. The room was generally pretty nice, staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the location in the city was phenomenal , but I would say that I was definitely disappointed with my experience. It definitely felt like more of a 3.5 star experience than a 4 star experience.
