We loved staying here! Loved the creek & fire pit & they gave us everything we needed to make smores. The restaurant on site had delicious food so we ate dinner & breakfast there. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!

My stay here was a delight from start to finish. Not only is the place so cute and right on the creek, the staff were veey kind and helpful. Great place to stay for a solo traveler like myself, a couple, or a family. Would definitely stay here again.

We ate dinner at the restaurant the night we checked in and had breakfast the morning we checked out. The service was great both times we ate here. They have lovely decor in the restaurant and old style photos that were taken on site over the years. It has such charm to this place. If you have reservations, check in takes place inside the restaurant. They had alot of pasta options for dinner and most everyone got pasta in our group. We had mosticholi, chicken marsala, eggplant parm, lasagna, we also had a pizza, pulled pork sandwich and a salmon Ceasars salad. They bbq pulled pork was made with their house made whiskey bbq sauce that was delicious. Their marinara is also made in house. All of the food was so good. For breakfast we had pancakes, breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs and sausage, fruit and an omelet; all come with their country potatoes which were cooked to perfection, you can tell they put love in their food. We loved the atmosphere here and everyone was so kind and friendly.

My sister and i come 2x a year. We love the fishing and hiking and enjoy the weather, while using the tent cabins. The owners are very kind and always help if necess. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Its a great location to reach the upper lakes. Its also close to Bodie and rhe hot springs.

Cozy romantic place

It is the third time we stay there. Each time even better. I love this cozy western vibe of the place. Staff is very friendly and efficient as well. Sitting outside with a blanket in front of the fire place watching the creek in front of us at night was the highlight of the trip.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are small but comfortable and ours included a couch. The “back yard” has wonderful Adirondack chairs around a propane fire pit and a two-person bench swing, and in the evening many lights came on. The nearby creek was flowing and sounded sweet. We also got a welcome bag with fun goodies. Dinner was very satisfying and the service is top tier. We will be back!
