The suite rooms were very spacious and the staff appeared helpful at the front desk & housekeeping. The television did not work two of the nights. The complementary breakfast was put out at 5 am so if you ate later the biscuits were hard and the bacon, eggs and gravy were overcooked. If you had to ask attendant for anything he acted like it was a bother.

We usually stay here when we visit our daughter in college, & it's usually a good stay. We arrived after midnight to find our beds not made when we opened the door. They did give us another room, but smoking. Our clothes reeked the next morning, & all 3 of us had a headache. We were switched again, & all was good with that room. Breakfast wasn't good. There were only 6 of us total in there. Eggs were scrambled so hard, they were actually hard. Same with the bacon. It broke off as you picked it up with the tongs.

We booked last minute as we drove north from Florida. Reception was polite, professional and efficient. Room comfortable. Excellent breakfast. We didn’t use amenities…just needed to rest. Good local pub a few minutes walk for dinner. Lots of other options too short drive away

Room smelled like mildew 102. Hotel was overbooked so I couldn't switch rooms. Pool was closed and drained. Victor a manager gaslighted me when i brought up the smell. He had housekeeping spray the bed, air conditioner and room to cover up the smell. Floor wasn't laid correctly and I tripped over raised boards. Breakfast was descent. Some staff are nice. Name tags on employees would be nice.

Over the holiday they were very busy. Our room wasn't ready until 730pm but management took care of us. Due to being very busy housekeeping was running behind but so able to accommodate us with fresh items needed. Very friendly. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly, and cleaned room well. There wasn’t an elevator so had to climb steps no coffee maker in room didn’t like the fact I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for my two dogs that were with us I could see having to sign a pet policy and be charged if animals damaged anything people with well behaved animals shouldn’t have to incur these charges it was money taken out our pockets to have for trip.outside entry doors were not locked which is a safety hazard for guests.The only other issue was a cockroach on our wall the last night we were there immediately went through all bags and put in vehicle so we didn’t take anything home.
