“Hotel desatendido. Me dieron una habitación junto a otra que celebraban una fiesta de cumpleaños. Cuando pedí que me cambiaran a otra más tranquila no quisieron , dijeron que si me molestaban que ellos les llamarían la atención. Cuando los de la fiesta volvieron de la discoteca a las dos por supuesto me despertaron con ruido y música. Necesite avisar dos veces para que dejaran de hacer ruido No pude volver a dormirme y tenía que ir al aeropuerto a las cuatro de la mañana ”

“Room was great. Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though. My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period. You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf.”

“Would have given a higher rating but the mattresses in this hotel are of very poor quality IMHO, thin and providing little support. Otherwise this hotel was very good, with nice rooms, an OK restaurant, a good bar/coffee shop, good breakfasts, and ample free parking. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful.”
