“Hotel desatendido. Me dieron una habitación junto a otra que celebraban una fiesta de cumpleaños. Cuando pedí que me cambiaran a otra más tranquila no quisieron , dijeron que si me molestaban que ellos les llamarían la atención. Cuando los de la fiesta volvieron de la discoteca a las dos por supuesto me despertaron con ruido y música. Necesite avisar dos veces para que dejaran de hacer ruido No pude volver a dormirme y tenía que ir al aeropuerto a las cuatro de la mañana ”

“A beautiful building in wonderful surroundings. There was nothing at all to fault in our stay at Mar Hall. We stayed in one the rooms in The Barn which was a short walk away from the main building and overlooked the golf course. Special mention to the super comfortable mattress and pillows- perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful and our breakfast on both mornings of our stay were delicious.”

“I had booked the executive suite for a 60th birthday trip and liked that it was slightly out of Glasgow. I had some issues with this because I had been told it could be made into a twin room when I called but the day before was told it could not. However, Sam on the front desk was lovely and managed to change to a twin room. We were also reminded of our wine as part of the booking. The room was large with a lovely big bathroom.
