Excellent stay. We stayed in a junior suite and it had lots of room and space. Really comfortable bed and great amenities. We used the handy lockers located by the gondola to ski every day of our stay.

Our room was wonderful - clean, roomy and had a great view. The bathroom was spacious with a soaking pool and shower. The spa was small but perfect to just relax at for an hour a day.

Such a beautiful hotel - we had an amazing stay. The room was spacious, perfect for us and baby. Loved the spa experience as well. The only letdown was that there was no air conditioning - understand it's a winter location but it does get hot in summer and we struggled a bit without it. Also no mini fridge to store cool drinks or snacks. Otherwise a wonderful experience in a stunning place.

It was okay. Wouldnt consider it a 4 star. Did not feel the value was worth it. The hot tub didn’t work throughout our stay, which is the primary reason for booking. The massage was in organized and disappointing. The room cleaning wasn’t great. Breakfast was way over priced, and the building was t finished.

Non è stata un’esperienza positiva. Ci siamo fermati due notti. Il primo giorno a colazione mancava praticamente tutto ( siamo scesi alle 9 e la colazione viene servita fino alle 10). Uova, croissants, pain au chocolat. Non c’era quasi nulla. Dopo molta attesa sono state portate delle uova strapazzate fredde ( da frigorifero) e della pancetta cruda. Tornati in hotel alle 15 la camera non era stata pulita e c’erano ancora i nostri asciugamani a terra. Abbiamo chiamato la reception e ci hanno risposto “impossibile “. È arrivato poi il personale che ha pulito velocemente e non bene. Per chi viaggia in estate faccio presente che la struttura manca di aria condizionata e mini bar. In generale il personale è stato di poco aiuto. Siamo davvero rimasti stupiti.

Restaurer une ancienne caserne militaire est une bonne idée au départ. Vouloir en faire un hôtel 4* l'est encore plus. Mais voilà, 4* signifient un certain niveau de service : > A l'arrivée, un accueil chaleureux et bienveillant serait bienvenue. Au moins un "Bienvenue, est-ce que votre voyage s'est bien passé?" > Pas de climatisation : Alors oui, nous sommes à Briançon, 1300m d'altitude. Mais depuis quelques années, l'été nous prouve que les températures s'envolent y compris à cette altitude. Résultat, un bâtiment surchauffé, l'obligation d'ouvrir toutes les portes pour essayer de faire rentrer de l'air (chaud), et les chambres donnant sur la ville avec une circulation soutenue vous empêche de dormir dans de bonnes conditions. > Arrivant en moto, j'avais demandé un parking sécurisé. Je découvre que le parking est en fait situé dans une résidence en face de l'hôtel avec en guise de sécurité le bouton d'accès piéton accessible depuis la rue et un bouton pour ouvrir le portail en sortie. Pas de code nécessaire, mais 15 € de prélevés. > Le SPA et agréable même si le bain nordique et le Sauna sont posés sur une terrasse béton, exposés aux bruits de la circulation. > Enfin, la terrasse du restaurant est sur cette même terrasse ne vous mettant pas dans les meilleures conditions pour apprécier le repas. Le minimum serait de nettoyer cette terrasse. Dommage, mais l'expérience globale n'est pas bonne. Je ne recommande pas.

En outre il n’y a pas assez de personnel pour assurer un service digne d’un 4 étoiles (notamment au petit déjeuner : ruptures d’aliments, plus d’assiettes, machines à café restant à court de café de nombreuses minutes…)

J’avais réservé un lit double mais j’ai eu 2 lits séparés étroits… dans ce 4etoile tout neuf de 2025 il n’y a pas de climatisation et pas de ventilateur.,j’ai eu trop chaud toute la nuit. De plus la salle de bain ne doit être terminée car le bac à douche presque plat est surélevé par rapport au sol et il n’y a pas de vitres masquant la douche: même en faisant attention une grande plaque d’eau s’est répandue du côté du lavabo. Donc trés déçu ; je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel
