The room design was spacious and comfortable. However we were on the first floor of Alden area apartment and the second floor guests could be heard walking around, very disturbing when sleeping.

The place is very nice and HUGE. The convenience of jumping on the Cape Cod Rail trail from the property was awesome. We played a round of golf also and the course was in great shape! Definitely recommended!

We loved the breakfast at Ocean Terrace! And the pool at Arbor Village. The bartender was wonderful- we arrived right at closing and she still made us drinks. The Linx served the best clam chowder I ever had. My bed in Arbor Village was like sleeping on a cloud. It was super convenient that they have a washer and dryer unit!

My husband and I enjoy the Oceans edge golf resort. Every year we spend a week there celebrating our anniversary. We love there, specially the private beach and the beach bar. The amenities are great. The golf course is spectacular, all the restaurants are fantastic. The location is perfect. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops.

Would be better if we were clear about which pools are open to us. Not great to be told that we don’t have access to all amenities on the spot. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay overall - the room and location are fantastic.

Really nice property with great amenities and in a solid location. Check in process could have been easier but I’m sure it’s hard on a summer weekend. Would recommend.

Spacious property, but for over $600 a night, I would have expected more. The beach, amenities were great, but the living accommodations were old. Could use a bit of modernization and upkeep

Beautiful grounds. Gorgeous condo. Very cozy, clean, and well appointed. It was literally perfect. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I did not want to leave to explore Cape Cod. I was happy to sit on my patio, drink coffee and read a good book. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

The place is nice. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was fine. Unfortunately, we were billed $91 extra when we checked out. Staff explained this is an amenities fee to cover parking, the shuttle ( which we didn’t use), and the pools. They should disclose this upfront. I’m not sure we would have chosen them if they had been transparent. We will not stay there again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The appt was comfortable, however the cleanliness was not what one would expect from a $450/nite accommodation. The tiles and towel bar both had black mold in them. The A/C air filters, both in the living room and bedroom were covered with an accumulation of dust that was indicative of no regular cleaning. I’m just happy that I managed to get thru my 7 day stay without having any issues with breathing. I informed the concierge on day two of the issue, but to my dismay no activity was taken to clear up the problems. I again informed the concierge on day four with no response. On check out I again informed the staff and have serious doubts that the situation will be handled and resolved promptly. Very disappointed in such a high level and beautiful resorts non activity to rectify the mold and accumulated dust. Maybe the staff will didn’t take my concerns seriously. I’ll never know because I’ll never return.
