The views are spectacular! The hotel is grand. The spa was beautiful. We celebrated our anniversary and were hoping for a special occasion welcome in our room but got a piece of cake…was hoping for something a little more romantic.

We liked everything...but what could be changed.....real heated pools ...cold. Better cleaning of the details...all over ..vaccuming needs attention...and some furniture upgrading replacing..while retaining the historic appeal is a plus. Expensive...but understandable.

The grounds/views are beautiful but it’s an old place and that’s really obvious with the guest rooms. Our room was loud…lots of hallway noise, a floor creaking from above. Hallway lighting shines brightly through the old doors. Rooms could use more sound proofing and upgrades. Pool is also a far from everything.

Our stay at Omni Mt Washington was fantastic from start to finish! Our room was beautiful, the facilites were great and never ending things to do, or places to relax! The staff clearly love their job and care about the guest experience. The history of the location make it what it is. Highly recommend doing the tour of the property, Ed went above and beyond with his explanations, keeping it interesting and entertaining. Every interaction was pleasant, starting w the lovely women at the guard shack! Can't wait to go back.

We stayed at the hotel for wedding. I was a bit disappointed that the hotel would not consider an early arrival without charging us $100. Further, they charged for parking, which seemed excessive. The cost of the room was already high and should have included parking and the possibility of early check-in. Also, it would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in the room, as is typically in most nice hotels these days.
