Problème d évacuation de la douche.

Vu la commission que pratique hotel.com Nous n avons forcément pas les meilleures chambres. Évacuation de la douche était presque bouché. Petit lit. Chambre à proximité des moteurs de la ventilation. Petit déjeuner extrat vu le prix 7.70.

Avec une voiture l'hôtel est bien situé pour aller aux plages. Le personnel est très aimable néanmoins l'hôtel est vieux et merite une rénovation. Il se peut que le wifi ne capte pas partout dans la chambre.

C'est le 2e Balladins dans lequel j'arrive et que ke wifi ne marche pas. J'en ai besoin c'est un outil de travail. Je ne retournerai plus dans 1 Balladins.

réaction tardive cause clients bruyants et fumeurs

3 nuits passées la première très bien, la seconde clients bruyants vers 1h du matin , plus odeur de cigarette et la troisième le summum !!! clients bruyants vers 5 heure du matin (cris, éclats de voix, portes qui claquent...) et ce pendant une heure avant que n'intervienne la réception.... de plus ces même clients nous ont littéralement enfumés ne respectant pas le règlement intèrieur ce qu'à reconnu J. à la réception. nous avons reçu très vite un questionnaire de "satisfaction " de la directrice qui ne nous a pas à ce jour répondu... bref notre expèrience ne doit pas être intéressante à retenir. à éviter malgré un personnel agréable et bon confort mais manque de réactivité face à des clients irrespectueux.

Chambres mal entretenues.

Chambre très exigue. Le système de fixation du téléviseur est défaillant et le poste pend le long du mur. Les appliques en tête de lit ne fonctionnent pas. Quant à la salle de bains, il vaut mieux être svelte !!

Quel cauchemar...

La chambre était minuscule, en plus ils nous ont donné une chambre avec lits séparés et notre demande de changement de chambre n'a pas été prise en compte. L'accueil était désagréable et le petit déjeuner extrêmement cher. A ne plus jamais refaire!!!

Es un hotel antiguo, pequeño y mal ubicado

El hotel está situado muy lejos del centro y de cualquier zona importante de la la ciudad. La habitación no era pequeña sino diminuta . La maleta abierta no entraba en ningún sitio de la habitación y en el baño era imposible moverse. Sin secador y sucio. Mobiliario obsoleto y viejo.

De passage à BREST chez des amis, et dans le cadre de l'armada BREST 2016, nous avons été contents de trouver cet hôtel (dernier disponible sur cette période). L'accueil du personnel est à noter dans les points très positifs. Malheureusement,la chambre - et surtout la salle de bain-WC - sont exiguës
