This is a charming small hotel with a pleasant staff. Rooms were recently remodeled and are always spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast is quite nice. Note that the front desk closes at 5 so you often need to let yourself in with a code. I highly recommend

I really, really recommend this hotel. The staff was so nice, serviceminded and friendly. The room we stayed in was very nice, modern and most importantly - really clean and tidy. I really enjoyed my comfortable, quiet and scenic stay at Locanda Delle Mercanzie. I appreciated the kind greeting, the free bottles of water, the nice cozy robe, and more! Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice selections for breakfast. And, the BnB is located in the heart of Brescia for ease of walking around. Thank you to the lovely hosts.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was clean, renovated, and comfortable. Our hosts were available to answer any questions we had - including assisting us with getting some laundry done. The breakfast in the mornings was the highlight of our stay - the best cappuccinos and pancakes! Highly recommend you stay here when visitng Brescia!
