the area of the hotel is unfortunately not very safe, or at least, that is the feeling a visitor gets. However, it is very convenient that is really close to the train station, but also a walking distance to the center of Brescia. The breakfast selection could be improved, in any case it is not to the level of a 4 star hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.

Ho dato 3 stelle complessive per premiare la disponibilità, l'efficienza e la cortesia del personale della reception e anche per la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nel parcheggio della stazione, abbastanza vicino. Dal punto di vista della struttura e delle camere invece non ci siamo proprio. Edificio vecchio e malandato e camere dove non saprei se dare la palma del terribile agli arredi (tutti da buttare) o a muri, piastrelle, sanitari, ecc. Qui ci sarebbe molto da fare per riportare l'hotel al minimo sindacale per un 4 stelle (anche per un 3!).

Helt ok hotell like ved buss og togstasjon. Ok standard, frokost noe enkel. Noe slitt og preg av å være eldre, men mulig vi hadde noen rom som ikke var oppdatert. Hyggelig personale.

La posizione e la colazione sono stati i punto di forza. Il bagno è stato senza dubbio il punto più basso della mia permanenza: già un 4 stelle che non lascia in dotazione del cliente cuffietta e saponi monouso è a dir poco strano. Se poi aggiungiamo che aprendo il doccino sparava da tutte le direzioni come se fosse pieno di calcare e che il doccione mi è cascato in testa, allora è davvero sconcertante!

The staff at Hotel Igea were particularly helpful. The hotel is right near the train station, which was perfect, but I needed help to find my way to the sights, and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
