A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast very enjoyable. Thank you. I have been a regular guest for years and I can recommend it to anyone on a short stopover!

Contacted CS prior to visit re parking. Carparking confirmed (ca £8/night). Arrived - NO hotel parking!! Had to pay over £30 for parking space. Very cross and disappointed. No solution offered by staff. Bathroom - no heating. Breakfast - no healthy options. Cooked breakfast was tepid (eg mushrooms) and limited in choice. Premier Inn in Watford had much better breakfast. All in all - not worth the money paid. We could have cancelled booking and found alternative accommodation WITH onsite parking but Premier Inn confirmed there was a hotel carpark which was VERY important to us. Annoying and very disappointing. Ps. No response received to messages complaining = poor CS
