Will use this hotel again

Very good, breakfast was very nice, our room 102 was lovely and quiet with good view of the gardens. Needs a bit of TLC in places but overall for the cost a very good stay in a great location.

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice but the bathroom could have done with a slight upgrade. I would stay there again.

Favourite Place to Stay - Business Trip

This is my favourite place to stay when working away. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food is great, it is very clean and tidy. The place has a lovely feel and as a female solo guest, I feel very safe in their hands and always get a perfect nights sleep. I have recommend this venue to a number of my colleagues as a great place to stay.

Work Trip

Staying away for work, overall the hotel is ok. The Staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Can’t fault the food or the menu as there is plenty to choose from. Beds are not that comfortable and TV’s need updating.

Very nice staff. Good food. Dated but clean. The only complain I have is that you need to pay for Latte Caffe. That’s rather disappointing for 4 star hotel.

Service was a bit slow, especially booking in. The gym is quite "basic" and I think it might be time to put the treadmill out to pasture but it served its purpose. Generally the hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Noisy room. Reception staff awkward

Reception staff not welcoming suggesting with out a credit i could not stay as they could not charge for extras. Room was already paid for and i did not want any extras. They then checked realised they couls accept samsung pay on my phone. Room was noisy.

Lovely hotel but terrible food

Lovely hotel in a great setting. Terrace and pool were great. Rooms a decent size and very clean. We stayed for 3 nights as we had travelled from Yorkshire for a family wedding. 17 of us had dinner on Friday evening and all of those who stayed overnight had breakfast. Sadly the food was poor. Cold, undercooked and small portions. We all got half a mushroom on our breakfast plate! Doubt I’ll ever need to stay there again but if I did I wouldn’t eat there. Also hotel was noisy due to a number of guests attending a local music festival. Doors slamming, music and chatting that went on to the early hours. Shame they weren’t put in the same area of the hotel and no night staff to calm them down.

The doors to the units must be closed with a bang. Don’t go on a weekend. They have weddings etc and the drunken louts next door to me caused me to move to another room at 3am. Shower door leaked water onto the floor in a large puddle. You can hear everything in your room. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fab Weekend Break

Absolutely wonderful stay, the staff there are some of the most helpful staff i have ever come across. We were there for a wedding and the morning of the wedding any staff that we came across and asked for help it was done - couldnt fault the stay at all
