Nice with good value

Nice hotel, not in the city center but easy to get there by bus just outside.the hotel. Nice room and nice staff. Great breakfast and very nice interior in entrance/bar/restaurant (very welcoming).

Great place.

Great place and great staff. Easy to commute from there. Buss stop right outside. We stayed there and we were attending the graduation ceremony in constructor University. Little far from there but still easy to get there

The restaurant manager was rude. He was managing a private evening buffet by going around telling hotel guests to leave. There were no signs to inform hotel guests that the buffet dinner was private.

I booked an 1 BR apartment. The first room I was assigned was not completely cleaned, so either a front desk mistake or a housekeeping oversight. Lucky me they had a similar room that was in perfect condition and cleaned. The apartment was very spacious, I stayed 4 days and was very comfortable. even with 4 people you can easily stay a couple of nights. They have an option to forfeit daily cleaning for a drink or to plant a tree when you stay multiple days. That is nice from an ESG impact point of view.

They charge your card months after check out

Hotel was ok on the border to an upscale residential area of Bremen. Facilities ok, nice lobby, rooms ok, service was ok. Not ok was the fact that two months AFTER WE CHECKED OUT we were charged for four times breakfast out of four days while we only had one breakfast on the first morning. When I called them the receptionist spoke like a little teacher, explaining that “you need to settle your bill when you check out”. Instead of initiating a conversation about what might have gone wrong in their accounting they accuse their guests straight away and just deduct fictional amounts from your card, so be aware. No refund until today. Stay away, they are unprofessional, charge you for nothing and then get cheeky about it

Väldigt nöjd.

Väldigt fint hotell med ok avstånd in till centrala Bremen. Vi tog bilen in och parkerade i ett p-hus centralt. Med bil är du i centrala delen på ca 20 min. Hotellet är i fint skick, personal trevlig o hjälpsam. Kommer gärna igen. 👍
