Selvom vi først tjekkede ind kl. 03.15 om natten, så blev vi taget godt imod i receptionen og indtjekningen gik hurtigt og problemfrit. Værelset var rent og pænt og den tilkøbte morgenmadsbuffet var ok.

Skuffende og træls oplevelse

Vores værelse havde ikke noget sæbe og døren på badeværelset kunne ikke lukke. Heldigvis fik vi et andet værelse hvor badeværelsesdøren kunne lukke og hvor der var sæbe. Billederne på hotels.com ligner bestemt slet ikke det vi modtog. Værelserne var meget uddateret og skuffende. Omkring kl 07.15 var der en håndværker der vadede ind på værelset, mens vi lå og sov. Det var ubehageligt. Receptionisten blev informeret om det og han undskyldte. Morgenmaden var ok.

Dårligt ophold – kommer ikke igen

Vi havde bestilt et comfort room, men værelset var meget lille og langt fra komfortabelt. Det var beskidt, med tydelige blodpletter på gardinerne, og der var konstant larm fra gaden. Hotellet var under ombygning, hvilket vi ikke var blevet informeret om på forhånd, og der manglede en røgalarm på værelset – hvilket er helt uacceptabelt. Morgenmaden var en skuffelse: der var intet koldt at drikke, og vi måtte selv bede om almindeligt vand. Det eneste positive var en sød og venlig receptionist, som gjorde sit bedste – men det kunne desværre ikke redde den samlede oplevelse. Vi kommer ikke tilbage og kan ikke anbefale stedet.

Hold jer væk.

Havde bestilt et værelse for 2 voksne og 2 børn med alderen 8 og 12. Der var kun redt op til 3 personer og den ene soveplads var i en sovesofa der var ødelagt og havde et stort hul i madrassen, så denne var ikke brugbar. Ingen kompensation eller tilkendegivelse fra hotellet. Derudover fremstår hotellet træt og slidt. Morgenmad buffeten var direkte skuffende med dårligt udvalg.

Fint uden at være prangende

Fint for en overnatning, men overbelagt i forhold til det kunne være svært at få plads til morgenmad , som også var ret kedelig. Er under ombygning så der var larm under opholdet .

Para quem busca preço o hotel é uma boa opção, oferece estacionamento gratuito, o café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são cordiais. O quarto possui um tamanho bom, o banheiro é bom. Não possui ar condicionado, o quarto que ficamos era no último andar e o elevador só vai até o terceiro, o quarto era muito quente e o ventilador estava quebrado e era barulhento e teve pernilongo. Era distante do centro histórico.
