Nice service, helpful and friendly especially one of the receptionists staff who advised me of the safest route to my weekly destination. The room walls thin so could literally hear men in the next doors snoring! Location convenient and coffee/tea available for free. Would be better if breakfast was more affordable but 17€ a day was too much for a 2 week stay. Cleaning was on demand and was done whenever requested, which was nice. Lift was tiny but glad it was available on the check-in/out days! Would be better if a fridge, kettle and safe was available.

We had an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent easy walking to the tram and just a little further to the main railway station. The staff were excellent. Nice place to explore Bremen and Northern Germany.

Staying here was best choice, we loved our room , beds was very comfortable, rooms clean and cosy . Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast amazing, highly recommended book also breakfast , we enjoyed very much!

I stayed in Room 40, in the attic. It was perfect. They had a fan that I ran and stayed perfectly cool for sleeping. The street is quiet but 10-15 minute walk to city center and Schnoor. I walked alone and felt safe. It’s only 5 minutes or less to Messe Bremen, which is practically across the street. The staff was lovely and onsite gated parking was only 10 euros per night. I would stay here again!

Best apartment

Everything about the hotel was wonderful The apartment we got was roomy plenty of space better choice than a 5 star hotel room. Cloce to public transportation, shops restaurant, main train station The noise from the train that was a small minus, once asleep we could not here it. Would definitely use it again. And I don't say that about many hotels.

Don’t go

Terrible checkin. Took 2hrs to get into our rooms. Keybox didnt work and nobody answered the phone. Finally when they answered, we were blamed of being late though it was 8.30pm. And when told this at checkout at the reception, only reply was a bored sorry. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Zeer goede accommodatie wat betreft hotel zelf en ligging. Ontbijt is erg verzorgd en gevarieerd. Het enige minpuntje is het geluid van de aanpalende kamer.

Personalmangel

Sonntagsfrühstück eine Katastrophe: um 9.30 Uhr kein freier Platz im Frühstücksraum. Um 10 Uhr dann keine Tassen, keine Messer kein Obst, kein Brot, abgegrastes Buffet . Eine einzige sehr freundliche, fleißige, umsichtige Bedienung, die den Anforderungen natürlich nicht nachkommen konnte. Zimmerservice und Rezeptionist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
