We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bremen Airport. Breakfast was really good with plenty of tasty options. The staff was super friendly too. Only downside: we booked a room with a big double bed but got two singles instead. Still, the location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the tram at the airport.

I found it not correct when we made the reservation it was written that there is a parkplace, it is not correct thete is nothing we have to look for a parkplace. It said that we have to pay the room when we arrived it was also not correct because they took the money before that we arrived to the hotel. In the futur We will never booked holiday inn express hotel, never.

I recently stayed at your hotel and although I had already paid for everything online, I was asked to pay an additional 7.58 euros at check-in. This amount may seem small, but that’s precisely what made it so frustrating—after thinking I had covered all payments, being asked for more at check-in was not a pleasant experience. It was the first time I encountered such an issue, and I find it unacceptable, especially from a hotel of this caliber. I don’t believe this is a fair or transparent way to handle payments, and it left a negative impression on my overall experience. I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.

Prima hotel voor een nacht. Prijs was uitstekend. Hotel had airco, en die werkte goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen was niet verteld dat we geen waterkoker hadden. Pas bij uitchecken werd verteld dat we warm water konden halen. Ook miste de douchegel. Er stond enkel shampoo. Bedden waren goed, kussen wat te plat.

Wir haben wegen einer Hochzeit für eine Nacht dort gebucht. Auf der Homepage war immer die Rede von das es Parkplätze gibt. Nachdem wir aber von der Hochzeit wieder ins Hotel gefahren sind gab es nicht ein Parkplatz beim Hotel und auch die umliegenden Straßen waren komplett voll. Auf den Hinweis beim Personal wo ich den jetzt Parken kann wurde erwidert das jetzt keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Und da wir natürlich nicht mit dem Auto auf der Straße parken kann mussten wir mitten in der Nacht abreisen ohne dort auch nur einmal geschlafen zu haben. Das Geld haben wir auch nicht wiederbekommen. Absolut nicht Kundenorientiert, zumal die Parkplatzsituation anders beschrieben wird.
