I chose this hotel upon a good recommendation from a friend, I wasn’t expecting much from them but I had everything and more.. the staff and the people made my trip a heaven, I loved the breakfast( it has variety upon variety) I love the spa area, the beauty and wellness center and love the room. I will definitely go back.

Located near the railway station. Easy 10 minute walk into the city. Reception staff were not very friendly- insisting we check in on a keypad rather than in person - even though they weren’t busy. The room was very quiet and clean with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast choice was really good and the waiting staff were polite. The extra bonus of access to an indoor swimming pool and steam room was great for the price we paid for one night stay.

Excellent value for money given the location and facilities. Particularly impressed with the Wellness Centre, though a shame the jakuzzi was out of action. However the sauna, steam room, tepidarium etc are great!

Good, just ask for room with working AC

Good hotel only THREE big problems: 1. AC in room doesn’t work or something made the while stay uncomfortable and bathroom a sauna (where the vent didn’t work either) 2. Only one small elevator working so made it not fun. 2. Parking not enough, had to park in public parking house. But breakfast was SO good and with a lot of options and service so nice and good.

Poor Service - not worth staying here

The room was dirty. Upon asking Dohre at the front desk to have it cleaned, she informed my partner that no one is on property at this point to clean it. We went out to dinner and I spoke with her upon my return that this was a new reservation and someone must clean it - another person working front desk did so relunctantely. We asked for a US to EU convertor and they "placed a €30 hold on the credit card for insurance we would bring it back". The next day when we returned it, we asked for a receipt to show a €30 credit but they refused saying it wasn't necessary - if you are going to place the hold, you must show a credit back on the card. The "spa" is a small pool, a hot tub that has been covered up and two very small and dark dry saunas plus a shower. NOT a spa. The breakfast buffet was OK but they were running out of certain food items 45 minutes before closing, so you have to be early.

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Einerseits direkt am Bahnhof - somit auch nah an wunderbaren Bürgerpark, andererseits auch nah an der Fußgängerzone in der Innenstadt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß und gut ausgestattet. Gerne werde ich wieder kommen, wenn ich mal wieder in Bremen bin.

As sad as it is ... but Bremen Hauptbahnhof area became an unpleasent place the last years. Don't come by car as it is almost impossible to find a safe place here for overnight parking. (Take a look at the reviews of the surrounding parking facilities.) There is nothing to complain about the hotel itself.

Wir hatten ein relativ ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten, Frühstücksbuffett mit sehr guter Auswahl und einen netten Empfang. Schwimmbad und Sauna wurden gern genutzt, leider schloss der Wellnessbereich am Samstag schon um 20 Uhr.

Personal super freundlich, gutes Frühstück in sehr schöner Atmosphäre. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber, insgesamt aber, wie ganzes Hotel, doch in die Jahre gekommen. Lage am Bahnhof an sich nicht schlecht, die laufende Polizeipräsenz und das Klientel dass das rumläuft macht es aber eher zu einem Brenntpunktgebiet.
