Great bedrooms - really spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. The road the hotel is on is busy but not too noisy. And it's only a short walk to the old town and nearby cafes. Good value for money

Room very small but clean. Looks like it was a warehouse turned into hotel. Breakfast was expensive. Staff was never at reception desk and had to wait a while sometimes for them to show up and not too friendly to Americans. The property looks like it's in a bad area. Doesn't look like a hotel from the outside.

Für unsere Zwecke und Aufenthalt war alles optimal, das Service Personal sehr freundlich und das Zimmer absolut okay. Etwas störend war in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag, dass auf eine der Straßen vor dem Hotel Autorennen stattfanden. Das war nicht das Schlimmste, sollen diese Idioten Autorennen fahren, wenn Sie wollen. Nur das dämliche Hupen die halbe Nacht, das braucht kein Mensch, wenn er schlafen möchte.

Nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Hotels der Kette. Ich war letztes Jahr in Kronburg und daher zu Beginn ein wenig schockiert. Von innen aber war es gut und die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof für 1 Nacht ok. Unter Suite hätten wir uns allerdings mehr vorgestellt.

Super, sauberes und gut gelegenes Hotel

Rezeption war hilfsbereit, freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit sogar einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Sehr positiv war, obwohl mein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet war, es trotzdem ruhig war und man ohne Probleme schlafen kann. Die Lüftungsanlage/Klima hat super funktioniert und kann ggf. für Geräuschsensible Menschen zu laut sein, aber ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Einfacher Check-in und Check-Out Prozess, gut angebunden und sauber.

Very nice hotel close to everything

Vi var positivt overraskede da vi kom indenfor. Udefra lignede det i første omgang ikke et hotel. Alt var super godt. Service, rengøring mm. Vi havde egen tagterrasse på 6. sal. Vil gerne bo der igen.

Ganz liebes und familienfreundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war top und die zentrale Lage auch sehr praktisch. Für die Nähe zum Bahnhof und dem damit verbundenen Publikum - darauf hat das Hotel ja keinen Einfluss. Günstiger Parkplatz in der Nähe!

Meget fine værelser.

Hotel ligger godt med 5 min gang fra Hovedbanen og 10 min til Alt Stadt. Udefra ikke noget særligt og udsigten var dårlig lige mod en vej. Værelset var et dobbelt værelse og det var virkelig over al forventning. Masser af skabs plads. Boks på værelse, mini køkken, køleskab, spisebord med 2 stole. Lille sofa. Godt stort badeværelse. Samt masser af stik kontakter overalt.
