We've stayed at the Water House on Main Street before. The room this time was huge and had plenty of space for my family. Big kitchen and dining areas so we were set. Nice and quiet during our entire visit. This location is right on Main Street and within easy walking distance of everything downtown. Our only interaction with the friendly staff was at check-in. If we needed anything, which we did not, they were a quick call away. This is one of the reasons we like staying here. The only surprise for me this time was the $35/day parking fee which we didn't know about until we checked in. Parking in the underground lot was free before. Kind of steep fee this time, but the car stayed safe and sound during our visit. Aside from the surprise parking fee, we still enjoyed our stay here and will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and centrally located on Main Street. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Grocery stores too. Staff if very prompt to answer calls. Highly recommend!

Coach bed was pretty unusable and should not advertise it as a bed. Showers were backing up a bit. Other than those items, this property was really great with so many positives. Location, food, shopping, skiing, and other items well maintained.

As you will read in many reviews of this property, the location of this property was excellent. Downtown is easily accessible by foot and the area is incredible. Also, hiking was right out the door. One negative, no matter how small, was the upkeep of the unit . The transition from carpet to tile was separated and if you hit that spot just right you felt the carpet tacks. A simple threshold piece would correct this. Otherwise the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and again.

We enjoyed the location and the room was spacious and well-appointed. Very comfortable. The housekeeping could have been better. The remote control was sticky and there was hair left on the shower wall. We also found random socks in various locations. Another issue was that there was A LOT of noise early Sunday morning. I think maybe it was related to trash pickup - but it just went on and on. Very disruptive to sleep - prior to 8 am on a Sunday. Annoying. Finally - there needs to be better explanation that the room is in the WEST side. And there needs to be signage of the WEST side. There is NOTHING marking that in the garage or on the outside. There are several markings for the East Water House elevator - which makes it seem like it's the only one. So we went up the wrong elevator with all of our stuff - and had no idea where the room was. The next day, we helped someone else who had made the same error. They need to explain that better at the front desk. And there should be signage.

The one bedroom came with 1.5 bathrooms that made the stay more convenient. The condo also had huge TVs and high end appliances. It was located in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotless, and the Aveda toiletries were a lovely touch. Being able to walk straight to the ski lift was such a bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we’d happily stay here again!

The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page that this place does not have AC. It really wasn't too much of a problem but the temperature in the unit did get a little warm and we really weren't able to open the windows for too long cause there was construction outside of our window all day, for most of the stay. It was really loud with the windows open. Thankfully the unit did provide extra fans that helped a bit.
