Stayed 5 nights in Dec 2021

We checked in to find out that the main window blind was damaged and could not be closed. We didn’t had any privacy at all. We could be seen from the building across the street. Called and management would not fix it even though they were aware of the problem before we checked in. We checked in slightly before 4, dropped off out belongings and went into town. Upon arrival we found out someone had been there and had gone over my wife’s purse as it was moved and items were on outside her purse. When we spoke to management, the lady got all defensive and refused to send someone to fix the blind. We just wanted privacy as it is our couple time away from home, if you know what I mean.

I didn’t mind that the condo was old and super outdated (appliances from the 80s), but the broken window that has been broken for very long time (old weathered sign about it) was a clear indication that this place has been neglected for quite some time. The worst part was key pickup. I had to pick up and drop off the keys in Frisco which is 20 or 30 minutes away from the actual property. On the positive side, the Ops team is very polite and helpful.

Great location, hard to beat. However, the unit we were in is in desperate need of an upgrade. The windows need to be replaced SOON. 2 blew open when wind kicked up at night. Got one closed with some effort, other wouldn’t close at all. . This will be a major problem in winter. Furnishings & utensils well used. Access to town & slopes can’t be beat, but may want to see recent pictures of your unit.
