Buyer beware.

The worst part was the Mgmt knew it had a broken dishwasher, the previous person put dishes in the cabinet filthy with food crusted on them. No stopper for sink to wash by hand. Promised a hot tub / it was closed our entire stay. Bed configuration was not what was shown when we registered. Sofa sleeper horribly uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to help but not much could be done.

Wonderful getaway week for a tired family

The unit was older and I wasn't a fan of the decor, but it was clean, well-stocked, and met every need we had. I wish we could have gotten a bunk bed for the kids, but I guess there were none available for the stay. The pool and hot tub were awesome for the kids, but the indoor hot tub was broken. The bathroom in pool areas was super nice. Very modern. I loved the location of the condos--right on the slope and we were able to take three hikes to the top of the ridge each day. I was bothered that the hotel staff would not give us a visitor parking pass for our friend who came down for a day and he had to pay parking in Breckenridge. Also, there was no spatula in the unit. I wish they would allow dogs for an extra fee. Our dogs would have had such a blast!!! The location of Tyra is absolutely wonderful for a family getaway, which is what we desperately needed. I highly recommend booking this condo, although just know that it isn't the most new or modern unit.

Very Basic, outdated.

For what it was, it will do. The TV in the living room worked half the time, the bedroom TV didn't work at all. The twin beds were lumpy and one was collapsed in the middle. Also check out time is check out time-10:00 am. There was a gentleman waiting outside our door, he didn't say anything he was just standing there. We checked out right at 10:00 am.

Tons of space, very quiet, fantastic views (saw a moose out our living room almost every day), and a short distance from shops and restaurants (took the bus around town - great option!). Only drawback was an uncomfortable bed and it was a little outdated. It wasn't enough to detract from our stay, though!!

Location, but tired

Location was great but the unit was old and tired. Bulbs out, bedding poor, sinks leaking, closets had piles of carpets and paint cans. The painting tape was left around the bath cabinet. I would avoid this one.

Very Disappointed with Expedia

We booked this condo based on pictures we saw on Expedia which happen to be completely different then what the place looked like. Furniture was very old, stained, and extremely uncomfortable, especially the twin size beds in the bedroom. Once we got there we learned that the address listed on the Expedia site was also incorrect and that the condo would be at Tyra I, a 15minute walk uphill from where we thought it'd be. Overall very disappointed in the place we got. We will never use Expedia to book vacations.

Great Location, misrepresented condo conditions

We booked a last minute getaway to Breck and were really looking forward to our stay. We selected the room based on the photos provided and (my fault) assumed that the photos were of the room we were renting. However, they were stock photos. Our room had never been renovated and had amenities that were reminiscent of 1985. The room was dark, had a damp smell, and just didn't feel welcoming. The beds were hard, the comforters harder, and the bathrooms....well, they worked. I wanted to go buy dishware as the dishwasher that was supposed to clean dishes looked like it had about 20 years of mildew and hard water built up - not sure how that's supposed to get things clean. The upside, Tyra resorts has great amenities(Free shuttle around town, close to the slopes, and a great hot tub/pool area).

With three teenage kids, this condo was perfect. It was very spacious and clean and a nice kitchen which helped with some lunches/dinners. It has a nice mountain view so remote enough from town to be more relaxed but only a fifteen minute walk or 5 min drive to town. Best of both worlds!

Not our favorite

When I booked this room it was because of the king size bed, however, when we arrived there was only a queen bed and two twins. All of the beds were very hard and the two twins didn't even fit on their bed frames. The couch was very uncomfortable. I get having sleeper sofa but it was SO old and hard to sit on that there was no where comfortable hang out. Same with the dinning room table/chairs, very outdated and uncomfortable. On the positive side, this place was extremely clean, including the bathrooms. If they updated the furniture it would be a great place. It was a very peaceful location but having a bad back we wouldn't stay here again because the furniture. I didn't get any rest the entire weekend. If hard beds don't bother you then I would recommend this place because it is a beautiful and quiet location. FYI...This location is pretty far to walk into town but they do offer a shuttle.

Nice Condo. Loved the ski-in/ski-out.

Nice place. Adequately equipped. Had a hard time with the heat - the condo was a bit warm. While the Wyndham shuttle was extraordinarily responsive, I do wish we were within walking distance to apres ski. The ski-in and ski-out was REALLY FABULOUS!

Perfect come here twice a year

Just as I expected, absolutely fabulous! Never been disappointed after all the years we have been coming here. Although we didn't get the opportunity to utilize the ski in ski out this time the shuttle service was excellent. The pool and hot tubs were spotless and well maintained, nice to relax in after a day on the slopes.

Great Condo

This is such a great condo. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. I could walk right out the back door onto my deck. Then walk from my deck to a ski hill or mountain biking trail. It was beautiful!

Unit was fine. Check-in process was not. We had to go to a completely different building for check-in and it was not made clear in the instructions on the confirmation notice.
