We loved our stay at the Grand Timbers! Our studio room was clean and spacious. Appreciated the shuttle into town. ALL of the drivers were friendly and helpful. Liked that we could just text the front desk/concierge with any questions or concerns. The pool area was great!

Spacious rooms with above average amenities. Beautiful views. Quiet setting. Friendly staff. BEST shuttle service! We do some light grocery shopping and plan to make our breakfast with coffee to enjoy on the balcony since the on-property areas do not open until later. After that the options are almost endless.

This is a great resort with room for everyone due to the many amenities, it’s very well kept up and every where we went it was very clean, daily housekeeping was a surprise, so it was nice if you need more coffee, towels air was available. The shuttle is great to take you pretty much any place you might want to go around the lodge.
The view from our room , we had a 3 bedroom for 7 people and it was perfect.

Hot tubes and pool room was the best part. The check out girl was very dismissive when asked questions, I know she might be knew but finding hospitality is her job. The studios are perfect. We had my mom come up and got another studio because of the hot tubs and pool room. The bar made good blueberry lemonades. Might be back, just need improvement at the front desk

Spacious accommodation, clean rooms and well kept property. Large pool/hot tub area. Separate swim area for the lil tykes. Multiple outdoor grills made for easy grilling. The fitness area is small but has a variety of equipment. Onsite bar/restaurant isn’t much but staff are friendly and efficient. The free shuttle to town makes shopping and tooling around very easy.

I was very impressed with the Lodge. The setting away from town was peaceful and beautiful. The room was large, well appointed and had a nice big balcony to sit on and enjoy the sun. Two pool areas were perfect, as one had more kids, and the other was quieter so you have a choice. The shuttle to town was very handy, although town is only a 20 minute walk. Underground parking was plentiful. The grand hall had games and a nice sitting area. A great place for all members of the family. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved it! The communication by text message with the front desk was outstanding. The hot tubs and pools were clean and we even got them to ourselves a few times. Loved that robes were provided which made it so easy to go back and forth from our room to the pool and hot tubs. Only disappointment was that fresh cookies were only on the weekend. We actually loved staying at the resort more than we did spending time in the main area of Breckenridge. Just the vacation we needed to pamper ourselves and unwind for a few days. Loved having a mini kitchen too.

We have never stayed in Breckenridge before. Grand Timber Lodge was a wonderful experience and had perfect accommodations for our family of 3. We have a 2 year old that loved the heated pools, kids wading pool and playground onsite. We did check out the game room but unfortunately didn’t have time to experience their private movie theater which we are saving for next time. The front desk staff was most helpful with dining selections, outdoor scenic routes and questions on future stays with a larger party. This Resort is conveniently located at the base of the Ski mountain and also very close to downtown. Walking would be an option depending on weather. There is also a free shuttle that runs loops downtown and you get a parking spot in the hotel garage. We booked a one bedroom master. Living room, dining table and full equip kitchen. Our view from our balcony looked straight out at the mountain slopes. We were also celebrating our Birthdays and Wedding Anniversary, which Sam was so very considerate to send up a celebratory basket full of many goodies and a bottle of red wine. We will definitely be re-booking as well as recommending this Resort. It truly is the Home away from Home experience.
